There are several ways by which you can contact RZM Imports. However before you do, please read our basic requirements so that we can help you more quickly and efficiently.
When you contact us please provide us with, or have readily available the following information:
Regarding placed orders-
- State whether the order was placed online, by mail, or over the phone.
- If the order was placed online please provide us with your Customer ID.
- Please include all relevant information, such as your first and last name, address, and any problems or concerns you have.
Regarding items-
- Include the item's ID number, which can be found using our search page.
- If an item does not have a detail page, you may order the item by telling us in the comments section of the order form.
